1. Raw material selection
• Substrate:

· Solid wood version: Imported oak is selected, degreased and dried, with a moisture content controlled at 8-10% to avoid moisture deformation in the later stage;
• Auxiliary materials:

2. Core production process
• Design modeling:

• Polishing treatment:
