1、 Production process
（1） Design plate making
Using professional design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, incorporating classic elements such as snowflakes, Christmas trees, reindeer, Santa Claus, etc. according to the Christmas theme, combined with creative layout, to create personalized design solutions. After the design is completed, output the file as a high-precision electronic draft for plate making. During plate making, CTP (Computer to Plate) technology is used to directly convert electronic files into printing plates, reducing intermediate steps, improving plate making accuracy and efficiency, and ensuring clear patterns and high color reproduction.
（2） Printing process
1. Offset printing: As a mainstream printing method, offset printing transfers the graphics and text on the printing plate to the paper through a rubber blanket. Its advantages are rich color layers, high printing accuracy, low cost, and suitable for large-scale production. When printing
Christmas postcards, delicate gradient effects and realistic image restoration can be achieved, such as perfectly presenting the emerald green of Christmas trees and the bright red of Santa Claus costumes.
2. Digital printing: It has the characteristics of flexibility and speed, does not require plate making, and can achieve small batch and personalized printing. Can quickly respond to customer customization needs, such as adding exclusive greetings, personalized photos, etc. on postcards. However, compared to offset printing, digital printing is slightly inferior in color saturation and printing accuracy, making it suitable for orders with high timeliness requirements and fewer printing quantities.
（3） Post press processing
1. Cutting: Use a high-precision paper cutter to accurately cut the printed paper according to the set size, making the edges of the postcards neat and the size uniform, ensuring that each postcard meets the standard specifications.
2. Film coating: To enhance the wear resistance, waterproofing, and glossiness of postcards, film coating treatment can be carried out. There are two types: bright film and matte film. Bright film makes the surface of postcards bright and eye-catching, and the colors are more vivid; The matte film gives postcards a low-key and textured matte effect, enhancing the overall grade.
3. Hot stamping/silver stamping: By hot pressing, metal foil is transferred to the surface of the postcard, forming a golden or silver decorative effect on the edges of the pattern, text, or specific areas, adding a sense of luxury and festive atmosphere, making Christmas postcards more attractive.
4. Embossing: Using an embossing machine to press various textures on the surface of postcards, such as imitation leather patterns, cloth patterns, relief textures, etc., to increase the tactile and visual sense, making postcards more artistic.

（2） Paper material
1. Copperplate paper: With a smooth surface, high whiteness, and strong color expression, it can present bright and vibrant printing effects, suitable for printing Christmas postcards with rich colors and exquisite patterns. The common weights are 128g, 157g, and 200g, and the higher the weight, the thicker the paper.
2. Cardboard: With a thick and sturdy texture, it has good toughness and strength, which can enhance the texture and durability of postcards. The commonly used weights are 250g, 300g, and 350g, suitable for Christmas postcards that pursue high quality and high-end positioning.

（3） Printing color
1. CMYK four-color printing: By mixing and overlaying four inks, namely cyan, magenta, yellow, and key, rich color expression can be achieved, which can meet the color requirements of most Christmas postcards and present realistic natural colors and delicate image effects.
2. Spot color printing: For specific colors that require precise consistency, such as brand logo colors, special metallic colors, etc., spot color printing is used. （4） Other parameters
1. Printing accuracy: Offset printing usually uses an additional line count of 175 lines/inch to 200 lines/inch to ensure delicate images and clear text; The digital printing resolution can generally reach 600dpi -1200dpi, meeting the requirements of high-quality printing.
