1. Format specifications
Common sizes: 16 open (210 × 285mm), 32 open (140 × 203mm), can be
customized with special sizes (such as large 16 open 240 × 310mm, square 180 × 180mm, etc.), with an error controlled within ± 0.5mm.
2. Text paper
Optional 80-120g pure paper (suitable for text), 100-157g copperplate paper (suitable for graphic and text), 120-200g special paper (such as art paper, environmentally friendly recycled paper), supporting double-sided film coating (bright film/matte film) to enhance durability.
3. Page Range
The page number of the text should be ≥ 48P (blank pages should be added if insufficient), and the maximum thickness can reach 50mm (round spine) or 40mm (square spine) depending on the binding method.
4. Cover material
Basic model: 157-250g copperplate paper covered with matte film+1.5-2.5mm gray board; High end models: special paper (such as cloth pattern paper, leather pattern paper), PU leather, fabric hot stamping, supporting customized logo indentation/UV technology.
2、 Refined production process
1. Printing of the text
Using Heidelberg four-color printing machine, the resolution is ≥ 300dpi, the color reproduction is over 95%, the text clarity is ≥ 120 lines/inch, and it supports spot color printing (such as gold and silver) and precise presentation of gradient colors.
2. Binding process
Lock thread adhesive: 32 pages per sheet, using an imported lock thread machine to cross lock the thread to ensure that the pages are secure and not loose. After locking, the thread is reinforced with EVA environmentally friendly adhesive for the second time.
Spine treatment: The curvature of the rounded spine is one-third of the thickness of the
book core, the right angle error of the square spine is ≤ 1 °, and the spine text is processed using hot stamping/silver stamping technology (temperature controlled at 130-150 ℃).
Cover bonding: The gray board and cover paper are bonded with PUR adhesive at a constant temperature (60-70 ℃), with an edge cutting accuracy of ± 0.3mm. The four corners can be rounded (with a radius of 3-5mm).
1. Auxiliary material process
Optional hot stamping/silver stamping (supporting metal foil, laser foil), UV local polishing (highlighting the three-dimensional effect of the pattern), embossing/embossing (enhancing the touch), bulging process (local thickening 0.5-1mm), matching bookmark tape (polyester cotton material, color can be customized), and plug cloth (matching the cover color scheme).
2. Quality inspection standards
Randomly select 3% of each batch for testing, including page order, adhesive firmness (180 ° folding without detachment), no bubbles/scratches on the cover, and no color difference in printing, in compliance with the national QB/T 1223-2021
Hardcover Book standard.
3、 Customized services
Support parameter adjustment as needed, such as irregular format, hollow cover,
