The 5th China Printing Industry Innovation and Development Conference was held in Shenyang, Liaoning Province. With the theme of "Data-Driven, New-Quality Printing Power",
the conference was hosted by the Printing and Distribution Bureau of the Central Propaganda Department and co-organized by units including the Publicity Department of the
Liaoning Provincial Party Committee, focusing on the digital transformation of the printing industry and the cultivation of new productive forces. At the opening ceremony, the
*Three-Year Action Plan for Digitalization of the Printing Industry (2025-2027)* was officially released, and the national printing authorization certificate filing system was launched
simultaneously, providing policy support for the digital integration of the industry. At the main forum, academicians and experts delivered keynote speeches on the integrated development
of artificial intelligence and the printing industry, analyzing cutting-edge technologies and application paths. The two parallel forums featured brilliant highlights: the Printing
Quality Summit Forum released a quality solution for cross-page plate joining, solving common industry problems through AI diagnosis and comparison with manual experience;
the New Productive Forces Innovation Forum brought together representatives from research institutions and enterprises to share cases of digital transformation. Among the three
exhibitions held in the same period, the "Printing Services for a Better Life" special exhibition was extremely popular. The "Shenyang Memories" exhibition area displayed packaging
of local brands such as Hongmei Monosodium Glutamate and Laolongkou Baijiu, allowing citizens to intuitively feel the penetration of printing technology into daily life. Through the
"conference + exhibition" model, this conference not only clarified the path for the digital development of the industry but also built a platform for exchanges among industry, academia
, research, and application. Representatives of participating enterprises stated that they will take the conference as an opportunity to accelerate technological upgrading and promote
the high-quality development of the printing industry towards the direction of digital, intelligent, and green integration.
