1、 Product parameters
1. Specification and size: Supports various conventional sizes, such as 16 open (210mm × 285mm), 32 open (140mm × 203mm), and can also customize special sizes according to customer needs, with an error controlled within ± 1mm.
2. Page range: Due to the characteristics of saddle stitch binding, the total number of pages should be a multiple of 4, usually recommended between 8-64 pages. Exceeding 64 pages may affect the binding firmness and browsing experience.
3. Paper selection:
Cover: You can choose 157g, 200g, 250g copperplate paper, or 200g, 300g matte paper. You can also use special paper (such as kraft paper, art paper, etc.) according to your needs to enhance the texture of the brochure.
Internal pages: commonly used are 80g, 100g, 128g copperplate paper or matte paper. If higher stiffness is required, 157g paper can be used.
1. Printing color: Supports four-color (CMYK) printing, which can accurately restore the color of images and text; Spot color printing can also be carried out according to needs to ensure color consistency and specificity.

1. 2. During the printing process, strict quality monitoring will be carried out, and samples will be taken from each batch for inspection to ensure that there are no issues such as ghosting, missing prints, color cast, etc.
3. Surface treatment (optional):
The cover can be treated with matte or glossy film to increase the wear resistance and waterproofing of the brochure, while enhancing its texture.

4. Quality inspection packaging: After binding is completed, a comprehensive quality inspection is conducted on each brochure to check for missing pages, incorrect pages, loose binding, and other issues.
