1、 Product parameters
1. Specification and size: covering various standard sizes, common ones include 16 open (195mm × 271mm), 32 open (130mm × 184mm), etc., which can adapt to most writing scenarios and document storage needs. At the same time, it supports size customization according to customers' special requirements to meet diverse usage scenarios.
2. Paper material: High quality writing paper is selected, with a weight generally between 60g-80g. This type of paper has a delicate texture, with a smooth
pen tip and even ink penetration when writing. It is not prone to smudging or paper penetration, and the paper has moderate stiffness, making it easy to write and store.
3. Page count: In regular packaging, each letter has different options such as 50 pages, 100 pages, 200 pages, etc., which can meet the needs of different frequencies of personal daily writing, office records, etc. For customers with special page requirements, customized services are also provided.
4. Printing styles: including blank without printing and with simple printing. Blank letterhead is suitable for free writing, without any restrictions on patterns or text; Letter paper with simple printing can print light horizontal, vertical or simple borders to assist in standardizing writing format and improving writing neatness.
5. Binding method: Two common methods are used: saddle stitch binding and adhesive binding. Horse riding nail binding is easy to operate, with low cost, suitable for letter books with fewer pages, and easy to read; Adhesive binding is more secure and suitable for stationery with a large number of pages, effectively preventing paper from falling off.
2、 Process Description
1. Printing process: If printing content is involved, mature offset printing technology should be used. Strictly control the ink ratio and printing speed during the printing process to ensure that the printed lines, borders, etc. are clear and neat, the colors are uniform and consistent, and there are no problems such as blurring or breakage. The ink used is environmentally friendly, has no irritating odor, meets relevant national environmental standards, and ensures the health of users.
2. Cutting process: After printing or processing, the paper is cut by a high-precision cutting machine. Accurately control the size error during the cutting process, ensuring that the error does not exceed ± 0.3mm, making the edges of the letter neat, smooth, without burrs, skewers, and other phenomena, and improving the overall beauty and tactile feel of the product.
3. Binding process: For saddle stitch binding, after neatly stacking the cut paper, use a specialized stapler to nail the saddle stitch into the crease of the paper. The nail feet should be flat, firm and reliable, ensuring that they are not easily loose during flipping. When binding with glue, align the paper first and apply environmentally friendly adhesive evenly on the spine of the book. The thickness of the adhesive layer is just right, making the paper tightly adhered. After drying, the adhesive has high strength and can withstand multiple readings.
4. Packaging process: Finished letter paper is usually packaged in paper bags or transparent plastic bags, each bag can hold 10, 20, etc. (determined according to customer needs), and then neatly placed in
cardboard boxes. When packaging, be careful to avoid deformation of the letterhead under pressure. The
cardboard box should be made of materials with good compression resistance, and internal partitions can be placed as needed to prevent damage to the letterhead due to collision or compression during transportation.
