1、 Production process
(1) Mold design
Based on the unique shape of the Christmas key, professional 3D modeling software is used for precise design, cleverly integrating Christmas elements such as snowflakes, Christmas trees, bells, etc. with the shape of the key to outline the three-dimensional model of the badge. After multiple optimizations and adjustments, ensuring rich pattern details and smooth lines, high-precision molds were ultimately produced, laying the foundation for subsequent production.
(2) Acrylic cutting
Select high-quality
Acrylic sheets and use a laser cutting machine to cut according to the size and shape of the mold design. Laser cutting technology has the characteristics of high precision and smooth edges, which can accurately present the outline of Christmas key badges, with errors controlled within a very small range, ensuring that the shape standard of each badge is uniform.
(3) Carving and polishing
By using a CNC engraving machine to carve patterns on the cut acrylic board, Christmas elements and key textures are finely carved out. After the carving is completed, professional polishing equipment is used to polish the surface and edges of the badge, gradually eliminating the marks left by cutting and carving from coarse to fine grinding, so as to achieve a mirror like smooth effect on the badge surface and enhance its texture.
(4) Coloring and Printing
Using screen printing or UV printing technology for coloring. First, the designed color pattern is accurately printed on the acrylic surface using printing equipment to ensure bright colors and clear patterns. For parts that require a three-dimensional effect, such as decorations on Christmas trees and the luster of bells, layered printing and special ink treatment are used to make the pattern more layered and visually impactful.
(5) Assembly and packaging
Assemble the printed
