1、 Production process
（1） Stamping forming
Using advanced stamping equipment, high-quality metal sheets are stamped according to the designed Christmas key mold. By precisely controlling the pressure and mold precision, the outline of the badge is clear and the lines are smooth, presenting the unique shape of the Christmas key completely. Whether it is the details of the key teeth or the patterns of Christmas element decoration, they can be accurately displayed.
（2） Polishing and grinding
After stamping, there will be burrs and unevenness on the surface of the badge. After professional polishing and grinding processes, different grit sandpapers and polishing wheels are used to gradually achieve a mirror like smooth effect on the badge surface from rough grinding to fine grinding, improving the overall texture and making the metallic luster more shiny.
（3） Paint coloring with baking paint
Using fine baking paint technology, color the badge according to design requirements. First, evenly spray the prepared environmentally friendly baking paint on the surface of the badge, and then place it in a high-temperature oven to bake, so that the baking paint firmly adheres to the metal surface. By repeatedly coloring and baking, we ensure that the colors are full, bright, and long-lasting without fading, vividly presenting the colors of Christmas elements such as red Christmas hats, green Christmas trees, etc.
（4） Dropping protection
To further enhance the durability and aesthetics of the badge, a layer of transparent epoxy resin adhesive is applied to the surface of the baked paint. After natural curing or high-temperature curing, drip glue will form a crystal clear protective film on the surface of the badge, which not only prevents paint scratches and wear, but also enhances the three-dimensional sense and glossiness of the badge, making it look more high-end and exquisite.
（5） Assemble the back buckle
Select the appropriate back buckle for assembly according to customer needs. Common types of back buckles include pin type and butterfly buckle type. Through professional assembly technology, the back buckle is firmly fixed to the back of the badge, ensuring that the badge is not easily detached during wearing and convenient for users to use.
2、 Product parameters
（1） Material
The main material is made of zinc alloy, which has good casting and mechanical properties, ensuring the strength and durability of the badge; The surface can be treated with gold plating, silver plating, nickel plating, etc. according to the needs to increase the beauty and oxidation resistance of the badge.
（2） Size
The conventional sizes are 30mm, 35mm, and 40mm in diameter, and can also be customized according to specific customer requirements. The minimum size can reach a diameter of 20mm, and the maximum size can reach a diameter of 60mm, meeting different usage scenarios and wearing needs.
（3） Thickness
The standard thickness is 1.2mm-2.0mm, and badges of different sizes and designs can be adjusted according to actual conditions to ensure that the badge has a certain texture without being too heavy and affecting wearing.
（4） Color
Accurate color matching can be carried out according to the Pantone color code provided by the customer, supporting full-color printing and monochrome printing, perfectly presenting various Christmas themed color combinations, such as classic red green, gold silver, etc.
（5） Packaging
Using transparent plastic packaging bags for independent packaging, effectively preventing the badge from being scratched and contaminated during transportation and storage; We can also customize gift box packaging according to customer requirements, such as paper gift boxes, velvet gift boxes, etc., to enhance product quality and be suitable for gift giving.
