1、 Production process
（1） Preliminary design

（2） Paper selection

（3） Printing process
Adopting advanced printing equipment and processes, such as four-color printing, spot color printing, etc. Four color printing uses a mixture of CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) ink to realistically reproduce the colors and details of design drafts, making the patterns on greeting cards bright and layered; Spot color printing is tailored to specific colors to ensure accuracy and consistency, especially suitable for designs that require highlighting specific colors or special effects, such as metallic colors like gold and silver, making greeting cards more visually impactful.
（4） Post processing
1. Cutting: Using high-precision cutting equipment, the printed paper is precisely cut according to the design size to ensure that the edges of the greeting card are neat and the size is accurate, providing a good foundation for subsequent processing and use.
2. Folding: Using professional folding equipment, precise folding is carried out according to the style and structure of the greeting card, making the creases clear and flat, which is convenient for mailing and carrying, and also shows a good appearance effect.
3. Hot stamping: According to design requirements, hot stamping, silver stamping, or other special color stamping processes can be applied to the surface of greeting cards. Hot stamping can make the text and patterns on greeting cards more prominent and eye-catching, adding a sense of luxury and noble temperament, and enhancing the overall grade of greeting cards.
4. Embossing: Through embossing technology, various textures such as wood grain, cloth grain, leather grain, etc. are formed on the surface of greeting cards, increasing the tactile and visual effects of greeting cards, making them more unique and artistic.
5. UV Polishing: UV polishing treatment is applied to the surface of the greeting card locally or as a whole, forming a bright coating on the card surface, enhancing the color brightness and three-dimensional sense of the pattern, while also protecting the printed pattern, preventing wear and fading.
6. Die cutting: For greeting cards with special shapes such as circular, heart-shaped, and irregular shapes, die cutting technology is used to cut the paper into the desired shape through molds, making the cards more creative and interesting, and meeting customers' needs for personalized greeting cards.
2、 Product parameters
（1） Size specifications
We offer a variety of standard sizes for customers to choose from, such as A6 (105mm × 148mm), A5 (148mm × 210mm), A4 (210mm × 297mm), etc. We can also customize other sizes according to customers' special needs to meet different usage scenarios and shipping requirements.
（2） Paper weight
The weight range of paper is between 150g/m ² and 350g/m ². Generally speaking, paper with a weight range of 150g/m ² to 200g/m ² is suitable for lighter and simpler greeting card designs; 250g/m ² -350g/m ² paper is more suitable for making thick, high-end greeting cards, which can better reflect the texture and quality of the cards.
（3） Printing accuracy
Adopting high-precision printing technology, the printing resolution can reach 300dpi or above, ensuring clear and delicate patterns and text, natural color transitions, and no issues such as blurry dots or color deviation, presenting customers with high-quality printing effects.
（4） Packaging method
1. Single piece packaging: Each greeting card is individually packed in a transparent plastic bag to prevent wear and contamination of the card surface during transportation and storage, while also facilitating customers to view the content and appearance of the card.
