1、 Production process
（1） Basic skeleton production
1. Material selection: Selected environmentally friendly PE plastic material, which has good flexibility and durability, can ensure that the flower wreath skeleton is not easily deformed or broken during long-term use or transportation. At the same time, PE plastic meets environmental standards and will not cause pollution to the environment, providing protection for green production.
2. Molding process: Using high-precision injection molding technology, PE plastic is made into a regular circular skeleton through professional molds. During the production process, strict control is exercised over parameters such as mold temperature, injection pressure, and cooling time to ensure the dimensional accuracy and surface smoothness of the skeleton. After measurement, the diameter error of the skeleton can be controlled within ± 0.5cm, providing a high-quality foundation for subsequent decoration processes.
（2） Add branches and leaves
1. Material: High quality PVC simulated pine needles are selected, processed through special techniques to make their color natural and texture realistic, presenting a fresh pine branch shape. The surface of pine needles is treated with a waterproof coating, which can effectively resist rain and snow erosion and extend the service life of flower garlands.
2. Installation method: The pine needles are fixed on the skeleton by a combination of manual and mechanical methods. Firstly, the pine needles are arranged in clusters by machinery, and then finely adjusted and reinforced by experienced workers to ensure that each pine needle is evenly distributed and properly spaced, creating a full and natural visual effect. During the fixation process, environmentally friendly hot melt adhesive is used to ensure firmness without producing harmful odors.
（3） Decorative element production and installation
1. Decorative materials
Ribbon: High end satin ribbons are selected, with bright and pure colors and soft and smooth texture. After special dyeing process, it is not easy to fade and can maintain bright colors for a long time. The ribbon width is available in various specifications such as 5cm and 8cm to meet different design needs.
Color Ball: Made of environmentally friendly resin material, injection molded through precision molds. The surface of the colored ball undergoes multiple processes, including polishing, coloring, spray painting, etc., to make it rich in colors and exquisite in patterns. The diameter range of the colored ball is 3-8cm, and it can be used in combination with the overall size of the flower wreath.
Bell: High quality metal bells are selected and processed through polishing, electroplating and other processes, with a smooth and shiny surface and a crisp and pleasant sound. The size of the bell is divided into small (about 2cm in diameter) and medium (about 3-4cm in diameter), which can be combined and matched according to the design style.
1. Installation process: The installation of decorative elements is mainly done manually. Workers cleverly weave and wrap ribbons around flower garlands according to the design drawings, creating various shapes such as bows, waves, etc. The colored balls and bells are fixed in the appropriate position of the flower wreath with metal wires or environmentally friendly ties, ensuring firmness and coordinated distribution, enhancing the three-dimensional and decorative feel of the flower wreath.
（4） Quality Inspection and Packaging
1. Quality inspection process: The completed flower wreath needs to go through multiple strict quality inspection processes. Firstly, conduct a visual inspection to check whether the distribution of branches and leaves is uniform, whether the decorative elements are firm, and whether the overall shape is beautiful; Next, perform functional testing to check the flexibility and load-bearing capacity of the flower wreath, ensuring that it will not be damaged during normal use and transportation. Only products that have passed all quality inspection items can enter the packaging process.
2. Packaging method: environmental protection paper box is used for packaging, and soft shockproof materials, such as foam cotton or bubble film, are filled inside to effectively protect the garland from extrusion and deformation during transportation. Each
