1、 Production process
（1） Design plate making
1. Creative concept: Our professional design team combines current Christmas trends with customer needs, using 3D modeling software to design the appearance of Christmas glass balls, incorporating classic Christmas elements such as snowflakes, reindeer, Santa Claus, etc., to create unique and festive patterns and shapes.
2. Plate making output: After completing the design, high-precision laser plate making technology is used to convert the pattern into the mesh roller or plate required for printing, ensuring clear pattern details and smooth lines, laying the foundation for subsequent printing.
（2） Glass ball production
1. Raw material preparation: Select high-purity and highly transparent glass raw materials, mix them according to strict formulas to ensure the quality and stability of the glass balls.
2. Blowing/Pressing: Experienced craftsmen use blowing techniques to blow glass raw materials into round and full spheres; Or use molds to press and produce glass balls in specific shapes, such as hearts, stars, etc., to meet diverse needs.
3. Grinding and Polishing: Fine grinding and polishing are carried out on the formed glass balls to remove surface burrs and defects, making their surface smooth like a mirror and enhancing the overall texture.
（3） Printing Decoration
1. Screen printing: The pattern after plate making is transferred to the surface of the glass ball through screen printing technology, using environmentally friendly ink, with bright and long-lasting colors that do not fade. Single color or multi-color printing can be carried out according to customer requirements to achieve rich visual effects.
2. Hot stamping/silver stamping: Based on the printed pattern, hot stamping and silver stamping techniques are used to add metallic luster to the glass ball, highlight the luxurious texture, and make the product more attractive in Christmas decoration.
3. Hand drawn embellishment: For high-end customized products, professional artists decorate them by hand drawing, adding unique details such as sequins, glitter, etc., to create a unique Christmas glass ball.
