Production process and product parameters of Christmas star lights
1、 Production process
(1) Mold design and production
Using high-precision 3D modeling technology, combined with popular Christmas elements, carefully design the star lamp mold shape. Using CNC machining equipment, the mold is carved with ultra-high precision of ± 0.05mm to ensure that the curvature and edges of each star lamp shell are accurate and precise, laying a solid foundation for subsequent production.
(2) Shell injection molding
Environmentally friendly PC material is selected, which has the characteristics of high light transmittance, strong impact resistance, and good weather resistance. After heating the PC raw material to a molten state, it is injected into a precision machined mold and rapidly cooled and shaped at a high temperature of 150-180 ℃ and a high pressure environment of 80-120MPa. By strictly controlling the injection molding process parameters, the surface of the shell is smooth and flat, without defects such as bubbles and shrinkage, while ensuring uniform thickness of the shell, providing reliable protection for internal components.
(3) Circuit assembly
1. Lamp bead welding: Selected high brightness LED lamp beads have a luminous efficiency 30% higher than ordinary lamp beads. Using a fully automatic surface mount machine, the lamp beads are soldered onto the circuit board with a surface mount accuracy of 0.1mm, ensuring that the solder joints are full and firm, effectively reducing the risk of virtual soldering and desoldering.
2. Line connection: Use high-purity oxygen free copper wire with good conductivity and flexibility. By using ultrasonic welding technology, the wires are reliably connected to the circuit board and lamp beads to ensure stable current transmission and reduce energy loss.
3. Power adapter: Match power adapters of corresponding specifications according to different market demands. During the assembly process, strict compatibility checks are conducted between the power supply and the circuit to ensure stable output voltage and current, in compliance with international safety standards.
(4) Assembly and Testing
Accurately assemble the injection molded casing with the assembled circuit, using snap on or screw fixing methods to ensure a tight connection and prevent dust and moisture from entering. After assembly, conduct full functional testing on each star light, including lighting test, flashing mode test, waterproof test (IP65 waterproof standard test), electrical safety test, etc. Only products that pass all testing items can enter the packaging process.
(5) Packaging and Quality Inspection
Using environmentally friendly paper packaging boxes, the interior is equipped with customized EPE pearl cotton lining, providing comprehensive cushioning protection for the star lights. During the packaging process, check the appearance of the product again to ensure that there are no scratches, stains, or other defects. 10% of each batch of products will be sampled for inspection, strictly tested according to international quality standards, to ensure that the products leaving the factory are 100% qualified.
2、 Product parameters
(1) Basic parameters
1. Size specifications: Multiple size options are available, such as small diameter 5cm, medium diameter 8cm, and large diameter 12cm, to meet the decoration needs of different scenes.
2. Weight: Small size about 50g, medium size about 80g, large size about 120g, easy to hang and place.
3. Color: Classic warm white, dreamy color (including various color combinations such as red, green, blue, yellow, etc.), can be customized according to customer needs.
(2) Electrical parameters
1. Rated voltage: Suitable for global voltage range, supports AC 100-240V, 50/60Hz, convenient for use in different countries and regions.
2. Rated power: The power of a single star light is ≤ 0.5W, and the power of the entire string (10 lights) is ≤ 5W, which is energy-saving and in line with the low-carbon environmental protection concept.
3. LED lifespan: High quality LED beads are used, with a lifespan of up to 50000 hours, reducing replacement frequency and lowering usage costs.
(3) Functional parameters
1. Lighting mode: Supports multiple flashing modes such as constant light, slow flashing, flash flashing, and breathing, which can be freely switched through the controller to create different festive atmospheres.
2. Remote control function: Optional 2.4G wireless remote control, with a control distance of up to 10 meters, easy to operate, no need for manual adjustment.
3. Timing function: Built in intelligent timing chip, supports 2-hour, 4-hour, 6-hour, and 8-hour timed shutdown, making it convenient for users to use.
(4) Other parameters
