1、 Production process
(1) Raw material selection
The production of Christmas snowflake lights relies on high-quality raw materials as the cornerstone of quality. The lampshade is made of highly transparent
Acrylic material, with a light transmittance of over 92%, which can evenly and gently spread the light, creating a crystal clear texture of snowflakes; At the same time, it has good impact resistance, is not easy to break, and is convenient for transportation and use. The lamp body frame is made of high-strength and lightweight aluminum alloy material, which has undergone anodizing treatment. It not only has a beautiful appearance, but also has excellent rust and corrosion resistance, extending the product's service life. The LED beads are made of imported chips with high brightness and low energy consumption, with high luminous efficiency and a color rendering index of over 85. They can accurately restore the color of the light, making the snowflake pattern more vivid and realistic, and have a service life of up to 50000 hours.
(2) Design and mold making
With the help of advanced 3D modeling software, designers carefully design a unique and detailed appearance of snowflake lamps based on market trends and customer needs. From the number and curvature of snowflakes to the overall outline of the lamp body, every detail has been carefully considered and optimized. After the design scheme is determined, the mold is made using precision CNC machining equipment. The precision of the mold is controlled within ± 0.05mm to ensure the accurate size and smooth surface of the produced lampshade and lamp body components, laying a good foundation for subsequent assembly.
(3) Lamp shade production
After cutting the
Acrylic sheet into the required size, the sheet is bent into the shape of snowflakes using hot bending molding technology under precisely controlled temperature and pressure conditions. During the hot bending process, the temperature is controlled between 180 ℃ and 200 ℃ to ensure that the acrylic sheet can be fully softened and deformed without the problem of bubbles or excessive deformation caused by high temperature. The formed lampshade is polished and polished to achieve a mirror effect on the surface, further enhancing its transparency and visual aesthetics.
(4) Assembly of lamp body
Firstly, the LED beads are soldered onto the circuit board according to the design pattern, using SMT surface mount technology to ensure that the beads are firmly soldered and arranged neatly, effectively reducing the probability of virtual soldering, short circuits, and other problems. Then, install the circuit board inside the aluminum alloy lamp body frame and connect the power drive module. The power drive module adopts constant current drive technology, which can stably control the current output to ensure stable LED light emission. At the same time, it has overvoltage, overcurrent, and short-circuit protection functions to improve the safety of product use. Finally, assemble the finished lampshade with the lamp body frame and secure it with buckles or screws to ensure a tight connection. The waterproof and dustproof rating should reach IP65, and it can be used normally in various outdoor environments.
(5) Quality inspection
After the product assembly is completed, it needs to go through multiple strict quality inspection processes. Firstly, conduct a visual inspection to check for scratches and bubbles on the surface of the lampshade, as well as any deformations or color differences in the lamp frame. Continuing with electrical performance testing, professional testing equipment is used to measure the input voltage, operating current, power, insulation resistance, and other parameters of the product to ensure that all indicators meet national standards and product design requirements. Finally, conduct an aging test by continuously lighting the product for 24 hours, observing the stability of the LED beads and the working status of the power drive module, in order to promptly identify and eliminate potential quality hazards.
