Christmas Packaging Box production process and product parameters
1、 Production process
(1) Design layout
Using professional design software and incorporating Christmas elements for creative design. The design team has conducted in-depth research on current popular trends, incorporating classic Christmas symbols such as Christmas trees, Santa Claus, snowflakes, and reindeer into the design. At the same time, they pay attention to color matching, with red, green, gold, white and other Christmas main colors as the main colors, creating unique patterns full of festive atmosphere. In the design process, full consideration is given to the structure and practicality of the packaging box, ensuring a perfect combination of patterns and box shapes. After completing the design, 3D modeling and sampling are carried out, and repeated adjustments and optimizations are made until the desired effect is achieved.
(2) Material selection
Selected high-quality environmentally friendly materials, mainly using 300-350 grams of white cardboard, grey cardboard, copperplate paper, etc., with good stiffness and toughness, can effectively protect internal items. At the same time, special paper such as pearlescent paper, embossed paper, etc. can be selected according to customer needs to enhance the texture and grade of the packaging box. All materials have passed environmental testing and comply with international standards to ensure that they will not pose any harm to human health and the environment during use.
(3) Printing process
Using advanced Heidelberg four-color printing machines for printing, with high color reproduction and clear and realistic patterns. For special effect requirements, processes such as hot stamping, silver stamping, UV local polishing, and screen printing are used. Hot stamping and silver stamping techniques can add a sense of luxury to packaging boxes and highlight the high-end quality of products; UV local polishing can highlight the key parts of the pattern, making it more three-dimensional; Screen printing can achieve thick ink layer printing, presenting a unique texture effect.
(4) Surface treatment
To enhance the wear resistance and moisture resistance of the packaging box, surface treatment is carried out. Common processing methods include laminating (bright film, matte film) and oiling (glossy oil, matte oil). Film coating can effectively protect the printing surface, prevent scratches and fading, bright film makes the surface of the packaging box bright and eye-catching, and matte film gives it a low-key and luxurious texture; Oil treatment can improve the glossiness and feel of packaging boxes, while also providing a certain waterproof effect.
(5) Die cutting molding
According to the designed die, use a high-precision die-cutting machine to cut and press the printed paper. Strictly control the accuracy during the die-cutting process to ensure that the size of each packaging box is accurate, the creases are clear, and it is easy to assemble and shape. At the same time, strict quality inspection is carried out on the die cut products to eliminate non-conforming products such as rough corners and dimensional deviations.
(6) Assembly bonding
Use environmentally friendly adhesives to assemble and bond various components. During the bonding process, strictly control the amount of glue used to ensure a firm bond while avoiding glue overflow that may affect the appearance. After assembly, shape the packaging box to make it regular and angular, achieving the best display effect.
2、 Product parameters
(1) Size specifications
We offer multiple standard size options, such as small size (15cm × 10cm × 8cm), medium size (20cm × 15cm × 12cm), large size (25cm × 20cm × 15cm), etc. We can also customize according to customers' actual needs, with size errors controlled within ± 1mm.
(2) Material parameters
1. White cardboard: Weight 300-350g, whiteness ≥ 92%, stiffness ≥ 180mN · m, burst resistance ≥ 3.5kPa, with good printing adaptability and visual effects.
2. Grey board paper: thickness 1-3mm, tightness ≥ 0.8g/cm ³, compressive strength ≥ 800N, commonly used for making inner liners or frames of packaging boxes to enhance structural stability.
3. Copperplate paper: Weight 128-300g, glossiness ≥ 60%, smoothness ≥ 120s, strong color expression, suitable for printing high-precision patterns.
(3) Printing parameters
1. Color mode: CMYK four-color printing, capable of Pantone spot color printing, with high color saturation and color difference Δ E ≤ 2.
2. Resolution: not less than 300dpi, ensuring clear and delicate patterns without blurring or ghosting.
(4) Process parameters
1. Hot stamping/silver stamping: The temperature is controlled at 120-150 ℃ and the pressure is 3-5MPa to ensure a firm hot stamping effect and bright color.
2. UV local polishing: The thickness of the polishing oil is 0.02-0.05mm, the curing speed is 5-8m/min, and the brightness is ≥ 85%.
3. Screen printing: With a mesh size of 80-200 and ink thickness of 0.1-0.3mm, it can present rich texture effects.
(5) Packaging and Transportation
Each individual packaging box is packed in a transparent plastic bag, and every 10-50 pieces (depending on the size) are packed into a five layer corrugated
cardboard box with a compressive strength of ≥ 6000N. During transportation, shockproof and moisture-proof measures are taken to ensure that the products are delivered intact to customers.
