1、 Production process
（1） Design Concept

（2） Material selection
1. Cardboard: Selected high-quality white cardboard or copperplate paper, white cardboard has good stiffness and whiteness, and can show a simple and elegant texture; Copperplate paper has a smooth surface and strong color expression, suitable for printing exquisite patterns. The weight of the paper is usually between 200-350g depending on the size and load-bearing requirements of the packaging box, ensuring that the packaging box has sufficient strength and stability.
2. Special paper: To enhance the quality of packaging boxes, special paper with special textures or gloss, such as pearlescent paper, embossed paper, etc., will be selected. Pearl paper can present a soft pearl effect, while embossed paper can bring a unique touch, making the packaging box more artistic and high-quality.
3. Environmentally friendly laminating material: Environmentally friendly BOPP film is used for laminating treatment, with two options: glossy film and matte film. Light film can enhance the glossiness and vivid color of packaging boxes, while matte film gives them a low-key and luxurious texture. At the same time, film coating can also play a role in waterproofing, moisture resistance, and wear resistance, extending the service life of packaging boxes.
（3） Printing
Using advanced four-color printing or spot color printing technology to accurately reproduce the colors and patterns of the design draft. For complex Christmas patterns, four-color printing is used to present rich color levels through the overlay of CMYK four colors; For parts that require highlighting specific colors or effects, use spot color printing to ensure color purity and consistency. During the printing process, strictly control the drying time and printing pressure of the ink to ensure printing quality and avoid problems such as color difference and ghosting.
（4） Hollow processing
1. Laser cutting: Using a high-precision laser cutting machine, cut the printed paper according to the designed hollow pattern. Laser cutting has the characteristics of high precision, smooth edges, and fast cutting speed, which can perfectly present complex Christmas hollow patterns, such as slender snowflake lines, exquisite Christmas tree textures, etc., without causing excessive damage to the paper.
2. Die cutting process: For some hollow parts with regular shapes, die cutting process is used. Produce specialized die-cutting plates, apply pressure through a die-cutting machine, and cut the paper into shape. Die cutting technology is suitable for mass production, which can improve production efficiency while ensuring the dimensional accuracy and consistency of the hollow parts.
（5） Assembly and molding
Assemble the cut components using methods such as adhesive bonding, folding buckles, etc. During the pasting process, use environmentally friendly adhesive to ensure that the paste is firm, non-toxic, and odorless. For some packaging boxes with three-dimensional structures, such as three-dimensional Christmas tree shapes, they need to be folded and assembled according to specific steps to ensure the stability and aesthetics of the overall structure. Finally, conduct a quality inspection on the assembled packaging box and remove any defective products.
