1、 Product parameters
1. Size specifications: The common size is 100mm × 148mm (standard postcard size), and other sizes can also be
customized according to customer needs, such as 120mm × 180mm, 150mm × 200mm, etc., with an error controlled within ± 1mm.
2. Paper material:
The commonly used materials are 250g, 300g, and 350g copperplate paper, which has good glossiness and printing adaptability, and can clearly present patterns and text.
Optional specialty paper, such as matte paper, kraft paper, art paper, etc., to meet different style requirements. Matte paper has no luster and a delicate texture; Kraft paper has a vintage texture; Art paper has unique textures and textures.
1. Printing content: It can print text, patterns, photos, etc., supports full-color printing, has high color reproduction, and can accurately present the color effect of the design draft.
2. Thickness: The thickness varies depending on the weight of the paper. The thickness of 250g copperplate paper is about 0.3mm, 300g copperplate paper is about 0.35mm, and 350g copperplate paper is about 0.4mm.
2、 Production process
1. Printing process: High precision four-color printing machines are used to ensure clear printing patterns, bright colors, and distinct layers. The printing resolution reaches 300dpi, which can accurately restore design details.
2. Die cutting process: For non-standard size postcards, die cutting process is used for cutting to ensure smooth and neat edges and accurate dimensions. The die-cutting accuracy can reach ± 0.5mm.
3. Surface treatment (optional):
• Matte film: It can make the surface of the postcard appear matte, with a delicate touch, and has certain waterproof and anti fouling properties, protecting the printed content from wear and tear.
• Brightening film: making the surface of the postcard bright and eye-catching, with more vibrant colors, enhancing the overall texture, and also serving as waterproof and wear-resistant.
• Hot stamping/silver stamping: Heat stamping or silver stamping is performed on specific areas of postcards to increase the product's grade and artistic sense, making the patterns or text more three-dimensional and metallic.
UV technology: By using UV ink to form a hard film on the printing surface, it has a prominent sense of three dimensionality and glossiness, which can make specific patterns or text more prominent, while also improving the surface's wear resistance and chemical resistance.
4. Binding (optional): If customers need to combine multiple postcards into a
book, they can use binding methods such as saddle stitching or glue binding for easy carrying and storage.
