1、 Production process
（1） Design plate making
Using advanced digital design technology, combined with AI drawing and designer creativity, we customize Christmas themed patterns such as snowflakes, Christmas trees, Santa Claus, etc. according to customer needs. Using high-precision CTP plate making technology, the design draft is converted into a printing plate, ensuring clear pattern lines and high color reproduction. The dot accuracy can reach 175-200 lines/inch, ensuring subsequent printing quality.
（2） Printing process
1. Offset printing process: suitable for large-scale production, with high color saturation and rich layers. Using four-color or spot color printing, it can accurately reproduce the colors of the design draft, and perform well in complex gradient and transition color effects. Fast printing speed can effectively reduce production costs and is suitable for printing regular paper

2. Screen printing: For stickers that require special effects, such as three-dimensional snow patterns, metallic bells, etc. Through screen printing, a thicker ink layer can be accumulated, giving the pattern a distinct textured feel and enhancing visual impact and tactile experience. At the same time, screen printing can also use special inks such as fluorescent ink and pearl ink to give stickers a unique glossy effect.
3. Digital printing: suitable for small batch customization or personalized orders, no need for plate making, and can quickly respond to customer needs. （3） Post press processing
1. Die cutting process: Based on the designed die, high-precision die cutting machines are used to cut the printed stickers into various shapes, such as circular, square, irregular, etc. High die-cutting accuracy, smooth and burr free cutting, ensuring neat and beautiful sticker edges, easy for customers to use.
2. Film coating process: To improve the wear resistance, waterproofness, and glossiness of stickers, you can choose to use a glossy film or a matte film. The light film makes the surface of the sticker shiny like a mirror, and the colors are more vibrant and eye-catching; The matte film gives the sticker a soft texture while reducing reflection and enhancing its grade.
3. Hot stamping/silver stamping process: Using hot stamping or silver stamping process on specific parts of the sticker pattern can increase the gorgeous feeling and festive atmosphere of the sticker. By transferring metal foil to the surface of stickers under high temperature and pressure, a shiny metallic effect is formed, making Christmas elements more prominent.
4. Polishing process: Partial polishing can highlight the key patterns or text of the sticker, enhancing visual focus; Full gloss can enhance the overall glossiness and waterproof performance of the sticker, protecting the pattern from fading and wear.
2、 Product parameters
（1） Material parameters
1. Paper stickers: Use high-quality copperplate paper, matte paper, adhesive paper, etc., with a weight range of 80-250g/m ². Copperplate paper has a smooth surface and strong color expression; Matte paper has a soft matte effect and a comfortable hand feel; The adhesive paper has moderate viscosity, fits firmly, and is not easy to leave adhesive marks.
2. Plastic stickers: made of PET, PVC and other materials, with a thickness of 0.05-0.2mm. PET material is environmentally friendly, non-toxic, highly transparent, and has strong weather resistance; PVC material has good flexibility and wear resistance, and can achieve various effects such as sanding, transparency, and color.
3. Metal stickers: Made of materials such as aluminum foil and copper foil, with a thickness of 0.01-0.05mm. The metal stickers have a unique texture and good reflective effect, making them suitable for making high-end Christmas decoration stickers.
（2） Size parameters

2. Color difference range: Strictly control the printing color difference. Under the same material and process conditions, the color difference Δ E between the finished product and the design draft should be ≤ 2 to ensure the color quality of the product.
（4） Performance parameters
1. Stickiness: According to different usage scenarios, we provide stickers with three levels of stickiness: low stickiness, medium stickiness, and high stickiness. Low adhesive paper is suitable for pasting on the surface of paper, greeting cards, etc., and it is not easy to damage the substrate when torn off; Medium adhesive paper is suitable for ordinary walls, glass and other flat surfaces; High adhesive paper can firmly adhere to rough surfaces such as wood, stone, etc.
2. Weather resistance: After special processing, the stickers have good weather resistance and can maintain bright colors, not fade, and not peel off for 1-2 years in indoor environments; It can maintain good results for 3-6 months in outdoor environments (avoiding long-term exposure to sunlight and rain).
3. Waterproof: Stickers treated with film or gloss have excellent waterproof performance, which can effectively prevent water stains from penetrating and maintain clear and complete patterns. They are suitable for decoration in damp environments such as kitchens and bathrooms.
