1、 Production process
（1） Selected raw materials
Our Christmas waterproof
non-woven bags are made of 100% brand new polypropylene (PP) material, which has the characteristics of high strength, wear resistance, environmental friendliness, and biodegradability. To match the Christmas theme, precise color matching is carried out during the raw material stage, incorporating classic colors such as Christmas red, emerald green, and snowflake white. Imported waterproof masterbatch is also added, and through high-temperature melting, spinning, mesh laying, hot pressing and other processes, a non-woven fabric with waterproof performance is made. The weight uniformity error is controlled within ± 2%, ensuring that the quality of each piece of fabric is consistent.
（2） Creative printing technology
1. Digital Direct Spray: Using advanced digital printing equipment, Christmas elements such as Santa Claus, Christmas trees, snowflakes, reindeer, etc. are directly sprayed onto the surface of non-woven fabric with high precision (1440dpi). The color reproduction rate is as high as 98%, and the patterns are clear and vivid. Even after multiple folding and rubbing, the patterns are not easy to fall off or fade.
2. Screen printing: For large-area color blocks or patterns with three-dimensional requirements, screen printing technology is used. By adjusting spot color ink, special visual presentations such as metallic texture and fluorescent effect can be achieved. The ink adheres firmly and has good wear resistance, effectively enhancing the festive atmosphere and quality of the bag.
（3） Exquisite processing and production
1. Cutting: Using laser cutting technology, the cutting edge is smooth and flat, and the dimensional accuracy is controlled within ± 1mm to avoid burrs and dimensional deviations that may occur with traditional cutting methods, ensuring that the specifications of each bag are uniform.
2. Sewing: Using a combination of high-speed flat sewing machine and overlock sewing machine, the needle spacing is fine and uniform (12-14 needles per 3cm), and the stressed parts are reinforced with double lines. For example, at the connection between the handle and the bag body, after professional tensile testing, it can withstand a weight of ≥ 15kg and is durable.
3. Waterproof treatment strengthening: After the bag is made, a secondary waterproof coating treatment is carried out, and an environmentally friendly waterproof coating agent is uniformly applied through the roller coating process. After high-temperature drying and curing, a dense waterproof film is formed on the surface of the bag, reaching the third level waterproof standard (static water pressure resistance ≥ 300mmH ₂ O), effectively resisting rainwater and snow water soaking.
