1、 Product parameters
1. Specification and size: It has multiple common specifications, such as 5cm × 8cm, 6cm × 9cm, 7cm × 10cm, etc., which can adapt to different styles and sizes of clothing. 2. Material selection:
Copperplate paper: The weight is usually between 128g-300g, with a smooth surface, high whiteness, bright printing colors, and high saturation. It is suitable for presenting rich patterns and colors and is one of the commonly used materials.
Kraft paper: The weight is generally 150g-250g, with natural texture and feel, environmentally friendly and full of retro atmosphere, commonly used for casual and retro style clothing tags.
Special paper: including pearlescent paper, silk patterned paper, antique paper, etc., with different weights depending on the specific type. This type of paper has a unique texture and appearance, which can enhance the grade and uniqueness of hang tags, and is suitable for high-end clothing brands.
3. 4. 2、 Process Description
1. Printing process:
Two main methods are adopted: digital printing and offset printing. Digital printing is suitable for small batch, personalized tags, and can quickly achieve variable data printing with high color reproduction. Offset printing is suitable for large-scale production, with stable printing quality, uniform colors, clear patterns, and accurate presentation of brand logos and design elements.
For hang tags with special effect requirements, hot stamping and silver stamping processes can be used to heat stamp metal foil on the surface of the tag at high temperatures, forming shiny text or patterns to enhance the texture and grade of the tag. In addition, UV printing can also be performed by applying UV ink to the printed area, which quickly solidifies after UV irradiation, forming a raised texture and increasing the three-dimensional sense and wear resistance of the pattern.
2. Cutting process: Using a high-precision computer cutting machine for cutting, it can accurately cut according to the design size and shape, ensuring that the edge of the hang tag is neat, smooth, without burrs or skewers. For irregular hanging tags, laser cutting technology can be used to achieve high cutting accuracy and meet the requirements of complex shapes.
3. Film coating process: According to customer needs, the hang tag can be coated with film, with two options: bright film and matte film. Bright film can increase the glossiness of hang tags, make colors more vivid, and improve the wear resistance and waterproofing of hang tags; The matte film gives a low-key and high-end texture, with a soft touch that can effectively prevent scratches on the surface of the hang tag.
4. Drilling process: A specialized punching machine is used to drill holes at the designated location on the hang tag, with uniform hole size, smooth edges, and no tearing phenomenon. Strictly control the positional accuracy during the drilling process to ensure smooth passage of the hanging rope and not affect the overall appearance of the hanging tag.
5. Packaging process: Finished hang tags are usually tied with rubber bands or placed in OPP bags in a certain quantity (such as 100 or 200), and then neatly placed in
cardboard boxes. A partition can be placed inside the
cardboard box to avoid deformation or damage caused by friction or compression of the hang tags during transportation, ensuring that the hang tags are delivered intact to customers.
