2、 Process Description
1. Printing process:

Offset printing is suitable for large-scale production, with stable printing effects, good color consistency, and the ability to efficiently complete large orders.
For hang tags that require improved texture, hot stamping or silver stamping techniques can be used to make the brand name or key pattern more prominent and highlight quality. Local UV technology can also be used to add raised effects on important information or patterns, enhancing the tactile and three-dimensional feel of the hang tag.
2. Cutting process: Use precision cutting equipment to cut according to the designed size and shape, ensuring that the edges of the hang tag are neat and free of burrs. For irregular sock tags, laser cutting technology can accurately achieve complex contour cutting, ensuring that the shape of each tag meets the design standards.
3. Film coating process: You can choose between bright film or matte film.
