1、 Product Description

The
non-woven bags produced by our factory are a new type of packaging carrier that integrates environmental protection, practicality, and aesthetics. They are made of high-quality non-woven fabric as the core material and are finely processed to replace traditional plastic bags and paper bags. They are widely used in various scenarios such as commercial
Promotion, gift packaging, and daily shopping, and have both environmental value and brand promotion functions.
(2) Material characteristics
1. Raw material quality: PP (polypropylene) non-woven fabric with a weight of 100-200g/㎡ is selected, and some high-end models use PLA (polylactic acid) biodegradable non-woven fabric. The raw materials have passed environmental testing and have no odor or harmful volatile substances, meeting the national GB/T 22876-2014 standard.
2. Core advantages:
◦ Environmental friendliness: PP non-woven fabric can be reused more than 50 times, with a short natural degradation cycle (about 3-5 months) after disposal, while PLA is completely biodegradable and does not pollute soil and water sources;

2、 Production process
(1) Production process
1. Raw material preparation: Select PP non-woven fabric or PLA biodegradable non-woven fabric rolls that meet the standards, screen the raw materials according to product weight and color requirements, and ensure that the raw materials are free of impurities and have uniform thickness.
2. Cutting process:
Using a computer numerical control cutting machine, precise cutting is carried out according to preset product dimensions and pattern drawings to ensure consistent cutting size and neat edges of the cut pieces;
After cutting, sort and organize the cut pieces to remove burrs and defects, ensuring the quality of the cut pieces.
3. Printing process:
Choose the appropriate printing process based on customer needs, common processes include:
▪ Screen printing: suitable for simple patterns and text, with full colors, low cost, and strong wear resistance;
▪ Heat transfer printing: suitable for complex patterns and gradient colors, with clear patterns and bright colors, suitable for multiple color combinations;
▪ Digital printing: suitable for small batches and personalized patterns, with fast printing speed and high pattern restoration;
▪ Hot stamping/silver process: adding metallic texture on the basis of printing to enhance product grade, suitable for high-end gift bags.
▪ After printing, dry the ink to ensure complete solidification and avoid pattern peeling and smudging.
4. Sewing/heat sealing process:
◦ Sewing process: Using industrial sewing machines and high-strength polyester thread, the cut pieces are spliced and sewn, including handle fixing, bag body splicing, bottom reinforcement, etc. The stitches are uniform and firm to ensure the load-bearing capacity of the bag body;
◦ Heat sealing process: Suitable for some non-woven fabric materials, the edges of the cut pieces are hot melted and bonded through a high-temperature heat sealing machine, with no stitch marks and good sealing performance. It is suitable for bundling pockets and waterproof products;
◦ Double reinforcement treatment is applied to key areas such as handles and bottoms to enhance product durability.
5. Accessory installation:
◦ If accessories such as zippers, Velcro, inner bags, and hanging ropes need to be installed, they should be installed synchronously during the sewing/heat sealing process to ensure that the accessories are firmly fixed and used smoothly;
◦ Inspect the installed accessories to avoid issues such as zipper jamming and insufficient adhesion of Velcro.
6. Forming and sorting:
◦ Shape and iron the finished product to ensure that the bag body is flat and wrinkle free;
◦ Remove excess threads and impurities, and thoroughly clean the product.
7. Quality inspection:
◦ Appearance inspection: Check whether the product size, pattern, printing pattern, and stitching/heat sealing meet the requirements, without defects or damage;
◦ Performance testing: Sampling for load-bearing testing (setting load-bearing standards according to product specifications), wear resistance testing, and water washing testing to ensure that product performance meets standards;
◦ Qualified products are sorted and counted, while unqualified products are reworked or scrapped.
8. Packaging and outbound:
◦ Independently package or batch package qualified finished products to avoid wear and contamination during transportation;
◦ Pack and
label according to customer order requirements, and arrange logistics delivery.
