Product parameters
1. Size specifications: covering various common sizes, such as A5 (148mm × 210mm), B5 (176mm × 250mm), A4 (210mm × 297mm), and supporting customized special sizes to meet the needs of different scenarios, whether it is daily recording, study notes, or office document organization, it can be adapted.
2. Internal page parameters
Paper Material: High quality pure wood pulp double adhesive paper with a weight of 70g/80g is selected. The paper has a soft color and a natural off white color, which can effectively reduce visual fatigue and protect the eyes. Paper has good writing smoothness, and various
pens such as fountain pens, ballpoint pens, and ballpoint pens are not prone to ink leakage or smudging when writing.
Page configuration: The regular version has multiple options such as 80 pages, 100 pages, 120 pages, etc., and specific page numbers can also be customized according to customer needs to meet the needs of different usage cycles.
Internal page layout: Provides a rich variety of layouts, including blank pages (suitable for painting and free creation), horizontal pages (standard writing format, suitable for daily recording), grid pages (convenient for drawing charts and writing neatly), dot matrix pages (flexible and standardized, suitable for designing sketches, etc.), and can also be customized with special layouts such as dates and project classifications.
1. Cover parameters
Material selection: There are various materials to choose from, such as copperplate paper (smooth surface, suitable for printing exquisite patterns), matte pink paper (delicate texture, soft printing colors), kraft paper (retro and environmentally friendly, tough and durable), hard shell cardboard (high hardness, good protection of inner pages, suitable for making high-end notebooks), PU leather (high-quality texture, waterproof and wear-resistant, enhancing notebook grade), etc.
Thickness specifications: Depending on the material, there may be differences. Copperplate paper and matte paper are usually 250g-300g thick, while hard shell cardboard has a thickness of 1.5mm-2mm to ensure the stiffness and durability of the cover.

Binding methods: including adhesive binding (firmly bound, easy to flip through, moderate cost, suitable for flat notebooks), saddle stitch binding (suitable for notebooks with fewer pages, fast binding, and easy to flip through), lockstitch adhesive binding (more firmly bound, even if flipped multiple times, it is not easy to scatter pages, can be completely spread out, convenient for writing), loose leaf binding (inner pages can be freely added, replaced, and flexible), etc.

Craftsmanship
1. Paper processing: The inner pages of the paper undergo strict cutting and sorting to ensure precise size and smooth edges without burrs. Simultaneously carry out anti-static treatment to avoid paper adhesion, which may affect usage and binding.
2. Printing process: Cover printing adopts multi-color offset printing, UV printing, hot stamping/silver stamping, embossing/embossing and other processes. Multi color offset printing can present rich and full colors, restore pattern details; UV printing can give the printed part a raised glossy effect, enhancing the sense of three dimensionality and texture; Hot stamping/silver stamping can enhance the grade and metallic texture of the cover, highlighting quality; Striking convex/concave creates a unique tactile texture on the cover through pressure. The inner page printing adopts monochrome or multi-color printing according to the layout requirements, ensuring clear handwriting and accurate patterns.
3. Binding process
Adhesive binding: After organizing the inner pages neatly, apply special adhesive to the spine of the book and firmly bond it to the cover. After flattening, curing and other processes, ensure a firm binding.
Horse riding nail: After folding the inner pages, fix them with wire nails at the crease of the spine, which is easy to operate and has high binding efficiency.
Lock thread adhesive: First fold the inner pages in page number order, then use lock thread to connect each set of inner pages in series, and then apply adhesive to make the notebook more sturdy and durable, and can be spread 180 degrees flat.
Loose leaf binding: First, evenly arrange the holes on the inner and outer pages, and then provide a loose leaf folder (made of metal, plastic, etc.) to fix the inner and outer pages for easy addition, removal, and replacement.
1. Post processing: The cover can be coated with film (divided into bright film and matte film). The bright film makes the cover shiny and eye-catching, while the matte film presents a soft matte effect, while enhancing the waterproof and wear-resistant performance of the cover. Some styles can also be rounded to avoid sharp scratches on the hands, improving safety and comfort during use. The overall finished product undergoes strict quality inspection to ensure that every notebook meets the standards.
