Packaging Box production process and product parameter description 1、 Packaging box manufacturing process
（1） Raw material selection stage
1. Substrate selection: Select food grade white cardboard (250-400g), corrugated paper (A/B/C/E/F type corrugated), special art paper (tactile paper, sulfuric acid paper, kraft paper), etc. according to product requirements. All substrates have passed SGS environmental certification and do not contain harmful substances such as fluorescent agents and heavy metals, ensuring food contact safety or product storage environmental friendliness.
2. Auxiliary materials: Paired with environmentally friendly water-based adhesive (temperature resistance -10 ℃~60 ℃), food grade ink, UV varnish, gold foil (gold/silver/color), laminating material (bright film/matte film, thickness 12-15 μ m), all auxiliary materials comply with the national GB/T 10004-2020 packaging material standard.
（2） Printing process stage
1. Pre treatment: The substrate surface is subjected to corona treatment (surface tension ≥ 38 dyn/cm) or coating treatment to enhance ink adhesion and avoid printing ink detachment.
2. Printing method:
Offset printing: suitable for complex patterns and multi-color overprinting (up to 10 colors supported), with a resolution of 175-200lpi and a color reproduction rate of ≥ 95%, suitable for bulk orders (minimum order quantity of 500 pieces or more);
Flexographic printing: environmentally friendly water-based ink printing, suitable for rough substrates such as corrugated paper, with a printing speed of 150-200mm/min, suitable for food packaging, express boxes and other needs;
Digital Printing: Supports small batch customization (minimum order quantity of 10 copies), printing accuracy of 1200dpi, no need for plate making, short delivery time (24-48 hours).
3. Post printing processing:
◦ Film coating: The surface is covered with a glossy film/matte film, which is waterproof, scratch resistant, wear-resistant, and improves the stiffness of the packaging box;
◦ UV Polishing: Partial or overall UV curing, presenting a high gloss texture, with a wear resistance of ≥ 500 times and no peeling after friction;
◦ Hot stamping/silver stamping: Using hot pressing technology, the metal texture is strong, supporting partial hot stamping and full plate hot stamping, with a pattern accuracy of ≤ 0.1mm;
◦ Convex/Concave Strike: Form a three-dimensional texture through mold pressing, without the need for ink, enhancing the tactile level.
（3） Die cutting and forming stage
1. Die cutting: Make steel knife molds according to the design drawings, with a die cutting accuracy of ± 0.3mm, supporting complex structures such as irregular shapes, windows, and hollows, and ensuring smooth and burr free cuts;
2. Indentation: Press the indentation line at the corresponding folding position, and adjust the indentation depth according to the thickness of the paper (0.1-0.5mm) to ensure smooth folding and square forming;
3. Bonding/nailing:
Adhesive: environmentally friendly water-based adhesive is used for manual or machine bonding, with a bonding strength of ≥ 5N/cm, temperature and moisture resistance, and no glue peeling phenomenon;
◦ Nailing: Use galvanized iron nails or copper nails with uniform nail spacing (20-30mm), flat nail feet, suitable for heavy-duty corrugated packaging boxes, and stronger load-bearing capacity;
（4）Quality inspection and packaging: Check the size, printing, and bonding quality of each item, remove defective products, and pack according to specifications (50-100 pieces/pack) to prevent damage during transportation.
