1. Substrate material and specifications
Main box material: optional 250g-450g white cardboard, gray background white cardboard, kraft paper, special art paper (such as tactile paper, pearl paper), supports
customized imported paper (such as Swedish white cardboard, Japanese and Japanese paper); According to the load-bearing requirements, composite 120g-250g corrugated core paper (E tile, B tile, EB tile) can be used to enhance compressive strength.
Lining material: optional 150g-200g white cardboard, EVA foam, pearl cotton, plush cloth, sponge, supporting customized shockproof, moisture-proof, and anti-static lining structure.
Paper weight tolerance: ± 5g/㎡, thickness tolerance ± 0.02mm, in compliance with GB/T 10335.3-2004 paper standard.
2. Size specifications
• Regular size: Supports customization of any size (length x width x height), common range: 5cm x 5cm x 5cm -50cm x 30cm x 40cm, size tolerance ± 0.3mm.
Accuracy of the Heaven and Earth Cover Matching: The gap between the upper cover and the lower box is ≤ 1mm, and there is no looseness or jamming after the cover is closed. The misalignment deviation is ≤ 0.5mm.
Box wall thickness: pure cardboard structure 0.3mm-0.8mm, composite corrugated structure 1.2mm-2.5mm, supports thickening and reinforcement according to customer needs.
3. Structural parameters
Box type structure: standard ceiling cover (fully covered/semi covered), buckle type ceiling cover, magnetic ceiling cover, pull-out ceiling cover (customizable combination structure).
• Bonding method: food grade white latex bonding (temperature resistance -10 ℃ -60 ℃), hot melt adhesive bonding (instant curing, bonding strength ≥ 1.5N/cm), double reinforcement of key parts, no risk of glue cracking.
• Load bearing performance: The empty box can bear a vertical load of ≥ 5kg, and after being filled with items (calculated according to the maximum size), it can be stacked in 3 layers without deformation. The corner compression resistance is ≥ 3N/mm.
4. Environmental standards
The paper is FSC certified, recyclable, biodegradable, and free of fluorescent whitening agents (fluorescence reflectance ≤ 0.5%).
The glue and ink are environmentally friendly and comply with the GB/T 30986-2014 "Terminology for Packaging Materials" standard. The heavy metal content (lead, mercury, cadmium, etc.) is ≤ 10mg/kg and there is no irritating odor.
2、 Core technology and process
1. Printing process
Printing methods: Supports offset printing (CMYK four-color, spot color printing, resolution ≥ 300dpi, color reproduction ≥ 95%), flexographic printing (suitable for large-area solid color printing, uniform ink layer), silk screen printing (suitable for raised effect, special color printing), digital printing (small batch customization, fast delivery).
Printing quality: clear patterns, no ghosting, no missing prints, color deviation Δ E ≤ 2.0, smooth edges of text, no burrs, printing surface wear resistance ≥ 50 times (dry wipe test).
• Alignment accuracy: multi-color alignment deviation ≤ 0.1mm, distance deviation between pattern and box edge ≤ 0.2mm.
2. Surface treatment process (optional)
• Film coating: Light film (surface shiny, waterproof, scratch resistant), matte film (surface matte, fine texture), film thickness of 12 μ m-25 μ m, adhesion after film coating ≥ 0.8N/15mm (peel test).
• Hot stamping/silver stamping: supports hot stamping, silver stamping, gold stamping, laser stamping, with neat edges of the pattern, no overflow or leakage, and a hot stamping fastness of ≥ 30 times (friction test). Customization of partial hot stamping or full plate hot stamping is available.
UV coating: Local UV (highlighting key patterns, strong three-dimensional effect), full surface UV (bright surface, wear-resistant, anti fouling), UV layer hardness ≥ 2H, no risk of yellowing.
• Convex/Concave Strike: The pattern is raised or recessed through mold pressing, enhancing the tactile sensation. The indentation is clear and full, without fracking or deformation, suitable for
decoration such as logos and textures.
• Film coating+hot stamping combination: film coating first and then hot stamping to enhance the high-end texture of the product. The hot stamping pattern is firmly combined with the film coating layer without peeling off.
3. Die cutting and indentation process
Die cutting accuracy: Laser engraving molds or steel molds are used, with a die cutting deviation of ≤ 0.1mm, a flat cut without burrs, and no continuous cutting or flying edges.
• Indentation process: Using specialized indentation steel wire, the indentation is clear, straight, and the crease angle is accurate (90 °± 2 °). After folding, there are no broken lines or folds, and it can be folded 10 times without damage.
Die cutting layout: Optimize the layout scheme, improve material utilization rate (≥ 90%), reduce production costs, and ensure die cutting efficiency.
4. Molding and assembly process
• Automatic molding: Using a fully automatic top and bottom cover molding machine, the upper cover and lower box are molded in one go, with a molding speed of ≥ 30 pieces/minute and high dimensional consistency.
• Manual assembly: For complex structures or small batch orders, manual assembly is used, and each process undergoes quality inspection to ensure smooth sealing, stable structure, and no tilting or curling edges.
Quality inspection standard: After forming, inspect box by box, and ensure that the appearance is free of stains, scratches, and damage. The size, sealing accuracy, and printing quality all meet the requirements of the order. Unqualified products will be 100% reworked.
5. Customized process expansion
Support window design (with transparent PVC sheet, thickness 0.3mm-0.5mm, light transmittance ≥ 90%), smooth window edges, and firm sealing.
Can add handles (paper handle, woven handle), with a load-bearing capacity of ≥ 3kg, firmly connected to the box body, and no risk of breakage.
• Support customized lining (cutting and shaping as needed, precise fitting of products, providing fixation and shock resistance), can be matched with partition design, flocking wrapping, etc.
