3. Key characteristics
• Color expression: Adopting imported high-purity coating, color gamut coverage rate ≥ 98%, accurately restoring the original color of the photo, natural and transparent skin tone, clear landscape layers, no loss of details in dark areas, and no overexposure overflow in bright areas, comparable to professional printing effects.
• Physical properties: The substrate is made of high-quality wood pulp paper with a thickness of 80-260g/m ², uniform thickness, high stiffness, and is not easily rolled or creased; The surface coating is dense, with fast ink absorption speed (≤ 3 seconds drying), no ink bleeding or penetration, and no mutual interference in double-sided printing.

2、 Production process
1. Raw material selection
• Substrate: Imported high-quality wood pulp is selected, and impurities are removed through multiple screenings to ensure uniform fiber distribution and strong toughness of the paper, avoiding paper jams and tearing problems during printing from the source.
• Coating raw materials: Environmentally friendly nanoscale silica and polyurethane resin are used, combined with high-purity pigment dispersants to ensure strong ink adsorption ability, accurate color reproduction, and no release of harmful substances such as formaldehyde in the coating.
2. Core production process
• Substrate pretreatment: The wood pulp is subjected to beating, papermaking, and calendering treatment to control the moisture content of the paper at 6-8%, with a flatness error of ≤ 0.1mm, ensuring uniform adhesion of subsequent coatings.
• Coating preparation: Mix raw materials such as silica and resin in precise proportions, stir at high speed (speed ≥ 3000r/min) to form a uniform coating solution, and use a laser particle size analyzer to ensure that the particle diameter is ≤ 50nm, avoiding the appearance of particle sensation in the coating.
• Precision coating: Adopting micro gravure coating technology, the coating thickness is controlled at 8-20 μ m (adjusted according to the product model), and the coating speed is synchronized with the substrate conveying speed (30-50m/min) to ensure that the coating has no leakage or sagging phenomenon.
• Low temperature curing: After coating, the paper enters a constant temperature curing oven and is baked at 60-80 ℃ for 15-20 minutes to tightly bond the coating with the substrate, while retaining the porous structure of the coating and improving ink absorption speed.
• Surface treatment:
· Glossy type: treated with a mirror polishing machine, the surface glossiness is ≥ 85%, presenting a high-definition mirror effect;
· Matte type: using matte calendering, glossiness ≤ 20%, to avoid reflection affecting reading;
· Suede photo paper: Through texture imprinting technology, a delicate suede texture is formed, with a warm touch and reduced fingerprint residue.
• Cutting inspection: Accurately cut according to customer needs, with a size error of ≤± 0.5mm; sample and test the color reproduction, ink absorption speed, and waterproofness of each batch of products, and only after passing the inspection can they leave the factory.
3. Quality control standards
• Color reproduction degree: detected by a professional color analyzer, with a difference of Δ E ≤ 2 from the standard color
Card;
• Ink absorption speed: Within 3 seconds after inkjet printing, there are no traces of moisture on the surface, and it dries completely within 1 minute;
• Waterproof: Soak in clean water for 30 minutes after printing, without ink bleeding or fading;
• Physical strength: Transverse tear strength ≥ 2.5N, longitudinal tensile strength ≥ 3.0N, meeting the requirements for repeated printing and mounting.
