1. Processing technology

Card body production process: PET material cards often use die-cutting technology, which can accurately cut various shapes with neat edges; Acrylic cards are laser cut with high precision and can achieve irregular designs. After cutting, they are polished and polished to make the edges smooth and transparent. Copperplate paper laminated cards undergo printing, laminating, die-cutting and other processes. Surface printing process: Based on material and design requirements, digital printing, UV printing, hot stamping/silver and other processes are used.
