(1) Printing process
1. Conventional printing
Digital heat transfer printing: suitable for canvas, cotton and linen fabrics, supports full-color patterns (resolution 300dpi-600dpi), high color reproduction, strong pattern adhesion (test standard: repeated friction 50 times without fading), suitable for small batch customization (minimum order of 50 pieces);
Screen printing: suitable for Oxford cloth and nylon cloth, supports monochrome and multi-color printing, with uniform ink thickness (0.1mm-0.2mm), wear-resistant and washable (can withstand 30 water washes without obvious fading), suitable for large-scale production (with significant cost advantages for over 200 pieces), and can print logos, text, and simple graphics.
2. Special printing/technology
Hot stamping/silver stamping: using hot stamping technology, suitable for PU leather and canvas fabrics, using metal foil (gold, silver, rose gold, antique bronze), with clear pattern edges and strong adhesion (no peeling after 20 rubs), enhancing the high-end feel of the product, suitable for brand customization;
Embossing/Embossing: By applying pressure through a mold (temperature 120 ℃ -150 ℃, pressure 5kg-8kg), concave and convex textures (such as brand logos and geometric patterns) are formed on the surface of the fabric. Digital Direct Spray: Suitable for cotton fabrics, ink penetrates the fabric fibers, the pattern is soft and non adhesive, the color is delicate, supports gradient and complex pattern printing (such as photo level patterns), and is not easy to crack or fade after washing.
(2) Sewing process
1. Basic sewing
Using an industrial flat sewing machine, the needle spacing is uniform (10-12 needles per 3cm), the stitching is smooth without jumpers or broken threads, and the stitching is reinforced with double lines (face line+bottom line, thread diameter 0.3mm-0.5mm, made of polyester thread, wear-resistant and stretch resistant);
Corner treatment around the bag: 45 ° oblique cutting splicing is used, and the back corner is neat and wrinkle free after sewing. At the same time, jujube reinforcement is done (in the stressed areas such as shoulder strap connections and bag edges, the stitch density is increased to enhance the load-bearing capacity).
2. Special sewing
Side 3D Sewing: For tote bags with side width, 3D cutting and double line stitching are used to ensure that the bag body is stiff and does not deform after being loaded with items, with a side width dimension error of ≤ 0.5cm;
Invisible zipper sewing: The zipper seamlessly connects with the edge of the bag opening, and the stitching is hidden inside the fabric for a neat appearance. At the same time, reinforcement treatment is done at both ends of the zipper to prevent it from falling off;
Shoulder strap sewing: The connection between the shoulder strap and the bag body is reinforced with a "cross stitch+jujube" double reinforcement, and the stitch density is increased to 15 stitches per 3cm, with a load-bearing capacity of ≥ 8kg (test standard: no cracking after hanging 8kg weight for 24 hours).
(3) Post processing technology
1. Cutting process
Using a CNC cutting machine with a cutting accuracy of ± 0.3mm, ensuring that each piece of fabric has consistent dimensions and aligned patterns (when cutting printed fabrics, ensure that the pattern position deviation is ≤ 1cm), avoiding fabric waste;
Fabric pretreatment: Pre shrink canvas and cotton/linen fabrics before cutting (water temperature 30 ℃ -40 ℃, soak for 30 minutes and then air dry) to prevent shrinkage and deformation of the finished product after use.
2. Surface and detail treatment
Edge locking treatment: All cutting edges of the bag body are sewn with a overlock machine (using three or four thread stitching) to prevent fabric detachment and burrs, and improve durability;
Polishing: PU leather and genuine leather
Tote Bag, after sewing, polish the edges (sandpaper grit 400-600), then apply edge sealing oil (transparent or same color) to make the edges smooth and flat, without burrs;
Cleaning and ironing: After the finished product is completed, gently clean the canvas and cotton linen tote bag (remove thread ends and stains during the sewing process), air dry it, and use a steam iron to ironing (temperature 150 ℃ -180 ℃) to ensure that the bag body is flat and wrinkle free.
